Fed: PM accuses Rudd of misleading over Hicks

JOHN HOWARD has accused KEVIN RUDD of misleading people about DAVID HICKS' military
commission trial.

Mr RUDD has told ABC television a US military commission doesn't pass the basic tests
of justice .. as there's no presumption of innocence.

But Mr HOWARD says that's completely wrong.
